Ticket Costs
We're running this conference at cost, which means we're not making any profit from ticket sales. The registration fee simply helps cover the essentials – such as the venue, hospitality, and the amazing team making it all happen. Thanks for being part of it!
This is an in-person event. If you have any specific needs or require accommodations, please contact us – we’ll do our best to support you.
Early Bird Ticket (limited): £390
Standard Ticket: £490
Conference Drink + Dinner on Wednesday 20th May 2026 (limited tickets): £79
Please consider sponsoring a ticket by either choosing the standard ticket, or donating to us directly.
Presenter, Panellist & Workshop Leader Tickets
If you’re presenting, joining a panel, or leading a workshop at the conference, we’re thrilled to have you involved! Please note that everyone taking part in the program will need to purchase a ticket to attend the event.
All speaking proposals will be reviewed and confirmed during the week beginning 1st December 2025. If your proposal is accepted, you must purchase your ticket by 19th December 2025 to secure your place in the program. If a ticket is not purchased by this date, your session slot may be reallocated.
We’ve set ticket prices to cover the essential costs of running the event. As such, we’re unable to offer further discounts to contributors without incurring a loss.
Interested in Becoming a Sponsor?
We’re currently seeking sponsors to help us make the conference more accessible and inclusive. Your support will help cover ticket costs for individuals and groups who may face financial barriers to attending - including students, charities, and grassroots organisations.
You can find more information in our sponsorship package.
To discuss how you or your organisation can support the event, please contact us on: genderandtech@ucl.ac.uk
Interested in a Sponsored Ticket?
If you’d love to attend the conference but the cost is a barrier, we’d love to hear from you. Please email us to register your interest in receiving a sponsored ticket.
We’re planning to hold a lottery in February 2026 to allocate available sponsored tickets fairly.
Please note: the lottery will only take place if we are able to secure enough sponsorship funding.
